2. Write your full name and one of your pet’s name on the card
3. Give it to a family member or friend
4. Have them call and schedule and appointment and mention the card
5. When they come to their appointment they present the card either at check in or check out
6. We will take that card and enter you into our monthly raffle for prizes like movie passes, dinner for two at a restaurant, complimentary products and so much more!
