I have had the pleasure of being greeted by Bill, the Vet Tech, on 2 occasions. It’s stressful bringing the cat to the vet (not sure if the cat is more stressed than me), but Bill always puts us at ease with his calm, gentle, professional manner and his true compassion for animals. I started at Animal Hospital at Ferry Road and followed Dr. Monachelli to AHN. She and her nurse Chris have gone above and beyond for my pets. Monachelli is an incredible doctor who is so caring and understanding. Her nurse Chris is also exceptional. The staff at AHN are all great and caring. When you walk in everyone greets you with a smile and knows you by name. I am very happy with the staff and exceptional service I receive for myself and my pets.

I recently rescued a little Poodle Mix, I brought the dog into Animal Hospital of Nashua for a checkup. Dr. Moore was very caring and knowledgeable in all aspects of Toby’s care. He was kind and understanding in dealing with the multitude of little problems Toby came to him with. He talked me through the procedures that needed to be done as well as his aftercare. Dr. Moore even called me two days later to follow up on Toby’s progress. What a wonderful experience during a stressful time. I also had one of my other dogs seen by Dr. Dressel. She was kind and caring and took exceptional care of my dog during and after her surgery. She went in with a giant lump in her neck and came out like a new puppy. I can’t say enough about the hospital and the doctors that work there, I would not bring my loving family members anywhere else.

Dr. Hansen, thank you so much for all the time, care, and love you gave to Rose and Chloe and to Bagel and Percy before them. They were all my “miracle” babies, and you helped them live happily for their so-much-more-than-expected and extended lives. Thank you for being so patient with me through all my visits, calls, and concerns and for making the end of their lives so peaceful. I appreciate so much that we could be outside. We brought our first dog Griffin here 6 years ago and we have been very pleased with the level of service and compassion displayed here. We now bring all of our pets here and we recent moved 30 minutes away but still make the trip to Nashua. Thanks and keep up the good work.

As far as the service, caring, and love that Dr. Dressel and Nurse Carrie give to my animals – I trust them and have never been more pleased with the way I feel when I leave. When my Susie had to be put to sleep, the way that Dr. Dressel handled it made it easy for me to realize it was the correct thing to do. My dog Duncan is 14 years old and has cancer. Dr. Dressel has seen him monthly and the way she takes the time to put him at ease is better that anything I could expect.
